We know what we agreed to and we understand the repercussions of the city's current interpretation.

Vancouver's West End, "Neighbourhood" winner of the 2015 Great Places in Canada contest.

Over 47,200 people live in the West End, in an area covering 110 city blocks. The 2016 City of Vancouver Census notes the median income of West Enders' at $51,410.
